Roofing System Replacement
I’m delighted to share an example of my project management. I am currently mangaing the removal of a failed Kalzip roofing system on a of a prime government / academic research facility based in the UK.
It involves overseeing the replacement of the roof with a new E-Kalzip system ensuring the building is airtight, watertight & conforming to the highest standards within heat transfer and cooling atmosphere.

Having delivered on contracts of all sizes for a number of different organisations, including public health and MOD, his wealth of experience benefits when planning, leading or delivering a project.
With over 20 years experience in the defence sector alone, along with over 16 years with SPM Ltd as MD of Advantage Resourcing, overseeing a £340M turnover.
I have also previously held government security clearance, so I understand the demands when projects are sensitive or need to be secure.
